Received item damaged and missing pole to hold up the scales. Contacted seller on 9/10/23 and they said the missing item would be shipped. Hadn’t received the pole or heard anything so contacted seller again on 9/22/23. Again said they would send the pole. Today is 10/9/23 and still haven’t gotten tracking or message the pole was sent. Seller also told me for the damaged parts to get some tools to fix them. Seller severely lacking in customer service skills. Avoid purchasing from this seller.
