love this book
I loved the TV series so much I spend a lot of time in Spain and love the food so now I can cook it , The illusrations are lovey you could almost be there . I have a few of Rick, s books and I use them a lot as I love cooking , I would love to do a series with him one day .Well done Rick keep writing and thsnkyou Kind refards Claire x

I bought this based on the t.v serial but although the photographs are excellent which is why it was rated at all the lay out of the recipes I don't like. The recipe for peach pie was NOT included in the book which is one of the reasons I bought the book. I very quickly got bored with the book. It's an irritating cookery book and to me cookery books ought to be functional and user friendly this is not.I bought this based on the t.v serial but although the photographs are excellent which is why it was rated at all the lay out of the recipes I don't like. This is the first Rick Stein’s cook book that I have bought after watching him on TV. I’m very glad I did buy this book as there are good selection of recipes that you can easily make and are not complicated. I would recommend this book.
