The skirt arrived and clearly counterfeit and sizing was wrong. Asked for a refund and they refused. Do not buy from this seller. Asking eBay to step in to resolve as this seller is misrepresenting what they sell. I’m sure it’s against the law to sell counterfeits then try and pass off of genuine just to part decent people from their money. Avoid this seller! Zero stars

After paying for this item, the seller e-mails me to say they are not sending it. They don't appear to understand eBay rules for authentication. Beggars belief why they listed it on eBay in the first place. They have also refused to cancel the order leaving me no option but to claim my £300+ back from eBay. Problem is, I have to wait a week before I can open a dispute, then probably another week before I can escalate it to get my money back. This seller is an absolute disgrace.

I won and paid for the item the same day. Item not posted . I contacted the seller who ignored the message. I raised a case with ebay . They also ignored their message. EBay refunded me. 1 star left for despatch time and communication as there isn't a zero.
