This seller hasn’t contacted to resolve an issue after a candle arrived smashed which took photos of and sent them. They asked for my address to resend and I disposed of the smashed candle. When I didn’t hear from them I asked if they had posted they said had I returned the item. I explained what I’d done and I haven’t heard from them. No replacement or refund.

Asked for the address to check the order and offered a replacement but they did not return. All items are well packaged in protective boxes, easiest thing to do is slide it back into the box it came in and return. Some people may a big issue over returning items.
