Seller has misadvertised item as ‘new’ when it has clearly been heavily used with marks and damage to the joints. The item is poorly constructed and the seller is trying to promote it as a premium product. When asked to return for a refund, I was met with aggression and refusal to refund. Luckily I recorded all events on eBay and eventually the seller had no choice, but to refund. She has subsequently relisted. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SELLER. You will only be faced with deceit and disappointment.

You purchased a chair from me that you and your partner said you loved and were happy with after I reduced the price for you. You took the chair away and brought it back after 2 hours and clearly having dropped it and started threatening me to give you a refund. I was not home but my daughter was and was terrified as you were ringing our bell continuously and shouting. I rang you immediately and offered you a refund after trying to reason with you. I did not shout but you did. Disgraceful people
