1 since the buyer was not at home when the Postman came to her, She had to go to a picking point. Obviously Postal shipping cost does not include a hand to hand direct delivery service from us in France to her in Italy. 2 our glasses are antiques production, signed of St Louis, 100% hand made, with an extremely complex pattern. Since she saw unsignificant differences in the pattern, we were accused to sell counterfeits. 3 we offered 3 similar glasses for free and we were blackmailed to get more
