Sold me a used electric blanket told me it was new it was not it was a totally different blanket than in the picture,said it had elasticated corner straps which it doesn’t,also one of the controllers doesn’t work

Completely Not The case at all. For customer satisfaction we always offer a full refund on receipt of the item being returned to us. This buyer couldn't be BOTHERED to return so i couldn't offer refund, was very very quick to leave negative feedback rather then to resolve the situation. Beware of this user.
