    Cant' guarantee total success, but partial success would be a bonus!!

    Can't guarantee I will be successful but certainly looks like its worth a try!! The book arrived quickly and before time. It's certainly value for money and the diet is easy to follow in the book.

    Awsome product that rely works.

    Wanted to update my old version. The layout of the book is easy to follow and inspiring. The food guidence makes weight loss enjoyable and workable. Unlike other weight loss programs I am not left feeling hungry or hooked up on counting calories. Most of all it realy works too.

    A very thorough easy diet book to follow, even for a beginner.

    I recently joined a Rosemary Conley Diet Club. I found this book really informative and easy to follow.
