The price of international shipping is clearly indicated from the start of the sale. I was not asked any questions on this point before confirming the purchase. On the other hand, he initially lied to eBay by indicating that he had not received the item when it turned out after rejection of this request by eBay that he had received it.

Your item did not arrive so I asked ebay. Within a few days it arrived and the case was closed. There was no lie. You want to get more money by earning from eBayers by asking very high postage without communicating.
