Very pleasant sellers, very easy to deal with. Sadly the description was not totally accurate as the kettle has a chip in the enamel to the bottom edge which was not declared in the listing description. However I think this was a genuine oversight rather than a deceitful listing, but a shame nonetheless. If offered a refund I'd keep the item but probably wouldn't have bought it if the fault had been in the description.
