This seller excepted my payment, in-spite of the fact that I had asked the seller to charge me extra for a faster delivery, this was agreed, four days later I contacted the seller for information around a delivery date, and was told sorry only just managed to send it that night, but was via yodel, another 3 days later inquired and, this time was told it had been sent , if I wanted a refund they were happy to do so, three days later I contacted again this time I was refunded,

Hi - I think this feedback is wrong. Firstly, I did say first class would cost more but I did not charge you anymore for postage, because you bought it so quickly after first messaging me! But I had no problem with paying more for first class myself as thats my listing error. Unfortunately Yodel could not provide an update on where the item got to (with no tracking updates) so by the time you asked for a refund, in good faith, I assumed (correctly) it was lost and issued a refund immediately
