Parcel arrived with a wee corner damaged, but the seller took full responsibility and sorted problem with deliverer. Three days later I had another computer. Then there was a problem with the charger. Two days later I got a new charger, sent via special next day delivery. The seller was in contact with me all the time.

I got a ThinkPad T495s for £166 at auction, the unit arrived in good time however one of the USB C ports was corroded. As this was not mentioned in the listing, I contacted the seller and after sending photos of the damage they promptly dispatched a replacement unit which came as fast as possible and I exchanged it for the replacement unit, which is in perfect condition. Very polite and reasonable, good seller!
