The item had some issues that were not mentioned in the description. The seller and I shared a conversation about the issues as she was not aware this snowman was damaged. I have one just like the one I was buying from this seller so when I got this snowman and opened tbe packaged I could see the issues immediately. I was not asking the seller for any compensation or refund. I just wanted her to kow that the snowman was not what I expected and the issues were not a result of shipping.
