These sandals were marked sz 10. When I received them, they did not fit. The seller said I could return them. I returned to the return address that was on the box and provided the tracking number. Since I had never returned anything on ebay before ( a member for almost 20 years) I was not aware that there was a "return item" system. The US Postal service notified me that the package was delivered. She swears she never received it. I can't collect the insurance because she got them. I'm out $93.

All was good on the front end, the problem was the boots were not the size listed and the box did not match the boot size. The return process was cumbersome had to email the labels to a friend and have them print them off going to get them. Who has a printer at home these days, please move into modern times. There is no easy to find information on how to get the return gone, al link to the shipper to get u there wood help this process. Best Regards Stuart
