About this product

Product Information

A graphic adventure with classic animé styling, Lux-Pain tells the story of Atsuki, a young man out to avenge his dead parents. It seems the crime rate in historic Kisaragi City has exploded, and when the culprit turns out to be a parasitic worm that feeds on hate and sadness, Atsuki agrees to a painful operation to acquire Lux-Pain in his left arm. This new power gives him the strength to seek out and destroy the "Silent" worms by making his eye turn golden. To unravel the mystery of the Silent, players must guide Atsuki through the expansive world of Kisaragi City, gathering hints by talking to a variety of different characters, and using the stylus to perform autopsies and save potential victims before the worm infects their heart.

I can understand your disappointment, but please know that this did not happen due to our method or quality of box. Any box can be damaged during shipping if enough force is applied to it. We do our best to prevent damage to our POPs by packing with bubble wrap or other suitable packing material, and when we buy our boxes we spend more money on a sturdier box so that they can better handle the rigors of the journey. We really do care that you receive your order in good condition.

    Very fun!

    I decided to buy this game because it sounded interesting, and the graphics looked cute. Ha ha. I was not disappointed, and I'm having a blast figuring out how to play. It would be better, though, if they first explained how to do some stuff. You have to figure out how to use things on your own.

    It seems to be very entertaining if you like puzzles, give it a try.

    I bought this as a gift for my brother. He seems to enjoy it very much. It is a more puzzle based game, so if those aren't your thing I would look elsewhere.

    Sick English dub

    Title sums it up "Sick English dub" I was hoping for Japanese voice but I was wrong was many reviews have pointed out the english translation was aweful too and i agree, but it is an very interesting game with experimental concept. It really isnt for everybody

    Great story.....but not perfect....

    I was attracted to the story line of the game and it has not disappointed me in that regard. There is also good use of sound and music to convey the emotions of the characters and story. Graphics are pretty good for the kind of gameplay it is. It is not really a hard game which will be a disappointment for hardcore gamers especially those who prefer RPGs. However the reviewer who made the comment about there be no tuturial in the game is correct. The game just begins after some movie clips....you are thrown into the gameplay right away. Also as you progress through the game, the "virus" that you are trying to defeat does change in its methods of attack. So without any in-game instructions (there are some instructions in the manual) you are on your own to figure things out. At first I was ...
