Item was listed as 'new' but when I opened the delivery bag the seal on the box was torn and the contents weren't in their original as new placement. Upon further inspection it was clearly evident that the device had been used as it had several markings and scuffs across the fascia. I contacted the seller who offered a hefty partial refund but sadly I had to decline as wanted pristine new. Refund provided as soon as I returned the shipment.
