The parcel was despatched back but it took longer to deliver to the address that had been supplied but arrived safely on the Friday before Christmas. Looks great and does a good job of providing shade.
Totally amazing for the price. Looks really great. Very pleased I bought this. The only slight down side is that rain collects in a few places on the fabric. The fabric was a very tight fit at first, so I wonder if it's slightly stretched with wear? Maybe it just needs tightening up every now and then. But this doesn't bother me. It still adds a real touch of class to my patio!

Canopy cover not waterproof
Overall, I'm very happy with it - the frame is sturdy and it looks nice. However, the cover is not waterproof and leaked after a moderate shower. Also, the cover is sligthly smaller than the frame, so I used cable ties to stretch it properly. I've bought a clear tarpaulin to put on top of the cover, I hope that will sort out the leakage issue.

On reflection it is obvious this product would be more suitable as a sun shader.. not something that would protect you in wet conditions
Various reasons unfortunately: difficulty in bringing upright sections together when constructing but mostly the problem is the poor design of the roof material... after a few rainy days the water gathered causing sagging in various areas. We live in Scotland so now realise this is not the product for our climate.
