I am so happy with my latest Doctor Who purchase. I definitely got my money's worth. The item was well packaged, came exactly as described and it arrived earlier than expected which is always nice. Communication between me and the seller was spot on. Overall, the experience was an extremely positive one. 10/10 for this eBay seller.

POS-items as described, packed properly. NEG-I contacted seller to ask for USPS tracking# because package appeared to be lost. Seller claimed no tracking# (NOT TRUE). He wrote (I QUOTE): “Actually no it’s not my responsibility. I posted the item to decay drop shop center. They are responsible beyond that. Take it up with them.” I opened claim but did not ask eBay to step in. Seller insulted me, claiming I just wanted a free item. Package finally arrived without ANY help from seller.

It's interesting you forget to mention that I did contact eBay and sent you their reply. Also it is eBay that are responsible for the shipping beyond their drop centre, something you chose to accept. I have no recourse to claim with my postal company as they delivered it successfully
