Bought a fiido D2S of this seller. Arrived without the charger and 2 keys. Seller claims the keys and charger was stolen via the delivery service. He definitely didn’t have them.
However, reorders the same delivery service for item for the return. The day after the bike was returned the bike is back up for sale with the 2 keys and the charger.
Asked the buyer to refund me part money so I can replace the charger and 2 keys and was told that it wouldnt be possible. Wouldn’t recommend!! Avoid!!

Unfortunately this is not an accurate description of what occurred. The charger and keys did get lost in transit. During the return I acquired replacements to be able to re-list the bike.
I would not send an electric bike without the keys and charger knowing the bike would need to be returned at a cost to me and further risking damage to the bike.
Return was requested straight away and ofcourse I was happy to accept due to the bike being incapable of being ridden without those parts.
