This is unreasonable Negative Feed Back which we have asked the customer to retract. We can not be held responsible for a couriers incompetence. We made extensive enquiries with Evri and kept the customer informed through out. Unfortunately Evri could not locate the parcel, so we refunded in full (Cost and Post) after 14 days as is our policy. In our experience this failure to deliver does not happen often, but when it does we do our level best to rectify the problem.
