    Good value adjustable exercise weights.

    I use these for light exercise, my running days are behind me. They add variable resistance and seem to be of reasonably good quality. They do all that I ask of them, and do it well.

    Its got 5 increments each of 1/2 kilo therefor realising 5 different sets in one unit preventing having to make multiple purchases of single units at much greater cost.Makes sense
