Olympus 8x42 PRO binoculars - eye cups were too bulky for my face
I purchased the binoculars online without ever having tried them physically and that is my mistake. The optics are excellent, the build is good and the only fault for me was that the eye cups are too bulky, my nose too big and my eyes too close together. The result is that I cannot get the correct interpupillary distance between my eyes to avoid distortion and get a clear view through the binoculars. I have never had this problem before with binoculars but it is severe with these and renders them unusable for me. So be aware if you have a narrow face and a big nose then these may not be the right glasses for you - for every one else I think they represent excellent value.
