Bought a dress from this seller. Had a notification it was despatched. When it didn't arrive I emailed to check the postage and my order was immediately cancelled. I didn't request for the order to be cancelled, it was a straightforward query about postage. I had paid promptly for the dress and that was refunded to me but this is not the point. I didn't want to cancel the order. Extremely annoyed. Did the seller even have the dress? Did they sell it elsewhere? V poor behaviour.
