I have contacted the seller who tells me they were delivered to a neighbour . Those neighbours were not in and the parcel,doesn’t appear to have been delivered elsewhere . I only realised that they had been to my home via an email with no note through the letter box . I will contact the seller again as I’m sure it’s likely the fault of the carrier not the supplier .
