A vendor really polite and patient. He always answer to all requests and clarifies all doubts. The article is exactly how described and in good conditions. I had problems just with the delivery because the Italian courier service to whom the parcel was assigned worked very badly: they tried to deliver just once without waiting and without calling me, I rescheduled the delivery three times (the courier didn't stop to my address) and after many and many complaints, the parcel at last reached me!

This bracelet arrived to me quickly and very carefully packaged. Unfortunately it did not fit. The description was 100% correct, but I neglected to take into consideration the width of the links. When I informed the seller of this, he was very understanding and accommodating to the point of offering to give me an extra link! It was a beautiful bracelet as described, and in perfect condition and the seller couldn’t have been any better in helping to assure that I was completely satisfied.
