Sent wrong item (different from photos- photos now changed), escalated to a return, said they'd resend the item and not to bother returning item. Cancelled the return process and heard nothing back, despite messaging again. Poor communication/silent treatment.

Great seller in the end, unfortunate breakdown in communication but tried hard to resolve. Very helpful to deal with. Unfortunately sent wrong item twice but was refunded. Happy enough in the end as in nothing lost. Great seller just unfortunate turn of events.

It took 4 days for Royal Mail to deliver a tracked 48 package within the UK but that's not the seller's fault.
