    Twisted Metal awesome

Because i am a fan of Twisted Metal. It's fin ,chaotic and has crazy explosions. My only complain is that the cover disc is a little messy and has words written on it. But the game works in great condition.

  • Review for Twisted Metal Playstation Video Game

Back when this game was released, it was one title that might cause someone to buy a Playstation system just to play this game. I know I did. I played it once at a friend's house (when I owned Super Nintendo) and I really liked this game. I acquired a Playstation and this was the first game I purchased. Graphics for that age (1995-96) were actually pretty good. If you like the "Old School" gaming consoles, then this game is truely a Classic!! One of the "must haves" for the original Playstation.

  • Love it awesome game

Ahhh the memories. This was the very first game i got for my PlayStation 1 back in the day. It doesn't appeal to today's youth and unless you owned it back then you will not appreciate this game for what it is. Being a young child this game, its characters, maps, story, and overall scary feeling spoke to me and i gladly answered the call. Standing in Toys-R-Us i see a game with an ice-cream truck with a flaming head with machine guns and missiles flying everywhere, i got the game based off the cover art alone and became even more interested after popping it into my psone. multiple unique characters each with there own story and special attack lets you develop your own strategy for each car. The maps and atmosphere are top notch and memorable along with the music. I must stress, if you are ...

  • True must have PS1 classic

I love this video game and I consider it one of the best video games ever made. Real 3D graphics with lifelike explosions and a real cool soundtrack make this title a must have. If you love demolition derby type video games, trashing other vehicles and hours of entertainment, look no further than Twisted Metal on Sony PlayStation. 5 Stars. Highly highly recommend.

  • The roots of car combat!

Other games had done it before, but with Twisted Metal car combat was finally done right and finally in 3D. First-timers should use the toughest vehicle (Warthog) and with practice should be able to work their way up to the fast, but poorly armored ones. The graphics may seem a little dated today, but no one who buys games just for how they look should be collecting older games anyway! Hugely fun, lots of weapon choices, a dozen vehicles that are all actually different (not just in looks), and the controls work well. Hard to believe this was the next step from Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo. What a giant step it was!
