I messaged the seller who investigated and resolved the matter within 24 hours by issuing a refund. I'm delighted with every aspect of the service provided, especially the prompt and personalised handling of my complaint. Indeed, "complaint" sounds a bit harsh as the company was a pleasure to deal with. The paste looks good too.
