      Speedy shipment, nice quality doorbell and video cam. Easy setup

      Happy with the Ring 4, easy to set up. Didn't take long. Easy to mount, everything we needed was in the box, very impressive. Only issue I had was I thought I would be able to see the packages dropped off at our door, but that is not the case; and I was extremely disappointed that there is no chime with the Ring. I purchased another doorbell quiet some time ago and it included everything including the charger and the chime (different brand). So not to find one with the Ring product, it was a disappointment. Shipping as great, arrived sooner than expected. Not packaged as well as we thought it would be, but nothing was damaged. Everything was great.

      Ring Video Doorbell 4 Better video, removable battery feature

      Better video than 2020 Ring Video doorbell, like the removable battery. Only thing is wish you could see the video on top and bottom better, for some reason this is cut off from the video picture.

      Good product at a great price

      Better than I expected. Fairly easy to install. There is a learning curve to get used to all the functions on the app. It takes patience. I had clapboard on the front of my house, the aim of the camera was too high. I took a cedar shingle and reversed it to get the aim level.

      Awesome _ I would recommend this Ring and I would buy again.

      it was easy to install , and I love how it alerts mew when someone is at the door ,& It can leave several different message to say . I didn't want to invest in security cameras because we live in a very quiet area so this Ring 4 is perfect.
