The was packaged fine but the seal of the box was broken. I opened the box and there was no seal on the actual product either. It wouldve been fine if the box seal wasnt broken but because it was, I couldn't use it. I contacted the seller immediately. They said they would get back to me with a solution and only 2 days later after I opened a claim, they do. You may feel that we are replying to you late due to the time zone difference. You clearly have no patience.
