    When my son opened these on Christmas , we found out that one of these was damaged during the shipping process, despite all of the seller’s efforts to protect them with packing and bubble wrap. I contacted the sellers and they immediately refunded me the full amount (on Christmas morning!) even thought one of the mugs was still intact. Exceptional product and customer service! I highly recommend them!
