The Two delivery men were absolutely lovely and came within 5 minutes of their estimated arrival when they rang an hour before delivery. Initially my communications and their responses were good, however there was a serious deterioration in responses and answers which was a great shame. Possibly short staffed? Nevertheless, I would buy from the seller again, as excellent product.
