Ive used it once and the ease of use, the control this gives you....just wow. Im sold, contemplating getting rid of my bbq completely as this gives that great smokey flavour with zero hassle. Couldnt recommend enough, although i bought a refurbished, i struggled to see what is refurbished as it looks brand new to me! great value and the ninja aesthetic looks amazing.

Poor service from DPD

However, when it was delivered the box had been damaged and the bean hopper had been dinted and smashed. I contacted Ninja via eBay messages and got no response. You’re probably wondering how this is a positive review, once registering my item through warranty, replacement part sent within 2 days. The machine itself functions with no issues whatsoever. Very happy in the end!
