Certainly not a seller issue. Came promptly. Not sure why ninja are that more expensive, but pleased with product so far and very easy to clean.

    The unit appears to be manufactured to high standards, and performs as advertised. My experience of the unit is too short for me to provide a comprehensive review, but so far I've been impressed with the results. The operation of the unit is explained clearly,in the instruction book, but I found it difficult, to find out whether the unit needed to be preheated before cooking. The answer is there, but its hidden away in the trouble shooting section of the book.

    Excellent air fryer.

    I've finally made the switch from an oven and deep fat fryer, to a Ninja. I'm single and live in a small apartment, the air fryer is perfect for my needs. I really appreciate it's capability and like the sync option the best. It's other functions are excellent too, and on the whole, it's very easy to use. I download the instructions, which come with a few recipes and I enjoy experimenting with my cooking. The biggest pro for me, is the speed with which I can cook various food products, usually from frozen to ready to serve in half the time in my conventional oven. I have a tiny kitchen, so it's compact size is very important to me. The only con I have, without a dishwasher, it's tedious to clean. And that doesn't detract from giving the Ninja 5 stars.     Life saver

    It’s not the most compact machine but it is the most versatile machine. I bought it to use while my kitchen was getting renewed, it meant I could cook a meal for one in the living room, the drawers were easy to wash in the shower. It has been a godsend for me.

    Some light wear marks on the mini round ...

    Some light wear marks on the mini round contact points on the bottom of the fryer trays. Other than that, which isn't at all noticeable unless cleaning, the machine comes as good as new! Would definitely buy refurbished from Ninja again, they clearly have excellent quality control. As for the air fryer itself, couldn't ask for more. It has a multitude of settings that makes me wonder how it isn't classified as a multi-cooker, and great tech that makes cooking two items easy.

    Good design and great features.

    Great design. Controls are clear and easy to operate. The drawers are roomy and very easy to clean. Still very new and I have a lot to learn but so far I am already impressed and am looking forward to some excellent meals.

    Great features and easy to use

    Since buying this I hardly use my oven - it is amazing and suitable for just about everything. Great time saver as no preheating, quicker cooking times and temp tends to be 20 dergrees less than fan over. Cleaning is a breeze to as draws fit nicely in the sink to be washed and nothing ever seems to stick.
