All the included accessories are brand new and protectively wrapped. It works perfectly so you're not losing out on function. It does not come with physical manuals but you get a QR code that makes access to the paperless booklets very easy. A great way to get appliance that will be heavily used for more than 50% off the og price!

Large hole in box, which was hidden from view when accepting package. They were no longer in stock so need to return. The seller should provide paid return as this is damaged but have just given a postal address and no other details. I have purchased from this seller in the past and previously been fairly happy with customer service when there were issues but this time things are a little different so far?
