(One of your representatives on a call promised me a collection from my house for this item but nobody came. I can handle long waiting times for responses but don’t allow people to lie on your behalf.)

Large hole in box, which was hidden from view when accepting package. They were no longer in stock so need to return. The seller should provide paid return as this is damaged but have just given a postal address and no other details. I have purchased from this seller in the past and previously been fairly happy with customer service when there were issues but this time things are a little different so far?
