This grade B airfryer has a number of scratches and marks, the worst are on the back of the unit and can't be seen. The cooking pan edges don't align perfectly with the body of the unit but the misalignment is minor and doesn't affect its functionally. The heating element, and cooking pan interior are unused and it cooks really well. So, if you can live with the odd scratch or mark, we would recommend this option.

Large hole in box, which was hidden from view when accepting package. They were no longer in stock so need to return. The seller should provide paid return as this is damaged but have just given a postal address and no other details. I have purchased from this seller in the past and previously been fairly happy with customer service when there were issues but this time things are a little different so far?
