    It had a tag that was placed on the item after the original tags were taken off. So 'New with tag's' I'd question because the hat did not come with the original tags. The item is perfect, zero flaws, the postage was amazing. The hat came in a box so the packaging was good. Just the 'new with tags' issue. Other than that, really happy with my purchase and the service.
