It appeared that the plastic were from the vent, exposing the wiring. Apart from that, the appearance was good, and the packaging seemed fine. The dial on the item was not working, making the item unusable. The value was incredible, coupled with the winter discount, it made for a great price, but unfortunately had to be returned anyway. However, the return process was simple.

Both items bear a "SharkNinja Harvested Parts" sticker. The reversible rack is dirty with bits of sticky brown stains. These do not meet eBay's Certified Refurbished requirement - "pristine, like-new condition. No scratches, dents, cracks or signs of use". Messaged Ninja's eBay store 3 times in a week but no reply at all. Very disappointing customer service! Have to return it.
