When I contacted them to tell them the item was sent back , they said we already gave you a refund. It cost me $9.75 to send THEIR mistake back to them. No more responses once I contacted them about the shipping cost, just a message that was sent when I got the refund. No mention in the message to keep the item that was sent. I’m honest, I sent it back.
