Item is subpar - nailing flange is too close to window frame, very difficult to nail or screw without marring window frame finish - 45 degree angle soft vinyl that holds the glass is not cut clean and not at 45 degree / gaps and voids - will have to polyurethane the voids. No specification profile measurements prior to purchase - If I knew nailing flange was almost flush to frame, would not buy.
