    Untrustworthy seller. I had forgotten how unscrupulous people can be on eBay. This item was sold as new but it arrived heavily worn and used. This was nothing to do with transportation. The seller repeatedly denied this. After I turned down a partial refund they eventually said to send it back. I had to point out the correct method to do this as I was not about to send it without it going through the audited returns process. I had to raise the issue with eBay in order to get the refund. Avoid.
