    Paid for item and got a delivery date and tracking number but it never arrived. Chased after a week and eventually got a reply after the third message. It hadn't been sent after a week so got a refund. If communicated, I would have waited but there wasn't nothing. Also couldn't cancel due to tracking number issued so had to wait for seller coming back to me.

As I already explained in a private message to you, when you purchased the top, I was going through personal family issues which caused the delay in posting the parcel as I was unable to get back my flat and post this. As soon as I received your message, I issued a refund instantly and extensively apologised to you for the delay and inconvenience. In your message you asked for a refund as you decided you didn't want to purchase the shirt anyway
