    Seller reached out to me on 10/28 and said he couldn't find the item I purchased and asked if I wanted another item or a refund. I responded on 10/29 and asked for a refund. Waited 1 week with no reply. Followed up yesterday on 11/5 and more crickets. I was understanding and patient but 9 days is more than enough time to respond. Bad experience here and don't recommend.
