    Wrong item sent by seller. I specified a returns sticker needed to be supplied which the seller ignored and encouraged me to start a refund process which automatically generated a label. Given it was their error and I didn’t feel I should have to expand on why a returns label was preferred by myself to rectify THEIR mistake, I have closed the refund request and will ensure I don’t use the seller again. Very disappointing.
