The seller asked me to test it using a damaged plug, which is unsafe and could cause electrocution. They then offered £5 compensation, which is completely unacceptable. They are now asking me to pay return postage to China and claim they “will refund me” afterwards. Looking at their feedback, they have refused to reimburse return postage before. There is also a clear risk of the item being seized by Chinese customs, as previous buyers have reported. They wanted me used to the smashed charge. Not recommended.

The replacement arrived quickly, with a 53% charge and charged to 100% within about 4 hours.
