I purchased a coach bag charm and within a few days I reached out because it was still showing it was paid so I contacted the seller who told me it was shipped after 2 weeks and reaching out twice she did not respond. I had to get eBay involved and requested my money back or find out if it was sent . After 15 days she finally shipped it and I received it be careful
