    I don't like leaving negative but was very close in doing so. Very poor packaging 12 items arrived smashed/ broken due to everything being wrapped in newspaper instead of bubble wrap. No packaging inside box and everything crammed into a box that was not big enough. No response from seller. Will not be buying from again

    Several offers sent, which were ignored before the same offer was finally accepted (questions were asked along with the offers but no communication received). Item hadn't arrived in 8 days so opened an 'item not received' request. Seller ignored this request and just sent a dispatch notification, with the item arriving 4 days later. Item was as described but seller did not communicate whatsoever and the item took 12 days to arrive, which is not acceptable. Wouldn't order from them again.
