      My original order arrived damaged, but a replacement batch was despatched immediately. So, good customer service. Although the chocolate buttons have an authentic appearance and a good milk chocolate texture, their flavour is slightly bitter due to the low-calorie sweetener. So, the product was rather disappointing for eating straight from the packet :( On the other hand, I added some of these chocolate buttons when baking low carb chocolate muffins, and the result was very good indeed :)
