    MOO

    An excellent exegetically grounded commentary. Moo is not only excellent with his theological exegesis but there is little to fault with his evaluation of the context of Romans. He may understate the presence of Jews in the congregation but it is not a hindrance to his monumental work. He reviews many others' thoughts and conclusions to include a full range of thought as part of his own analysis. You can't go wrong including this commentary in your study of Romans.
